Rockhopper Clubpenguin Guide

Posted in club penguin cheats on mars 4th, 2010 by dedesigner

Rockhopper is a popular red pirate penguin that often arrives at Club Penguin aboard his ship, the Migrator. He usually comes to the island every other month and often his appearance coincides with a major event or party. He is accompanied by his Yarr, his puffle companion. He always arrives on the Migrator at the Beach. One of the best parts of Rockhopper's visits is that he always brings along special items that can only be obtained during his visit. These items are generally only for paid members in the game, but he always brings at least one free item with him that everyone can get.

Finding Rockhopper during his visit is a very popular and fun activity in Club Penguin. Rockhopper will start appearing on random servers and move from place to place. Players who find him can receive an autographed picture that can be used as a player card background. When Rockhopper is online he appears just like a large red penguin except that he wears a pirate hat, and a long black beard which help him stand apart from all the other penguins in the crowd.

The best way to know when Rockhopper is arriving is to had to the beacon on top of the lighthouse. There is a telescope there and you can look through it and see his ship when it's coming. His ship will begin to show up about a week or so before his arrival and every few days it will appear bigger and closer in the view from the telescope. In a famous incident in early 2008, Rockhopper's ship hit a large iceberg and was heavily damaged. Rockhopper and Yarr arrived on the island in a life boat and Gary led all of Club Penguin in a monumental effort to repair Rockhopper's ship. This event led to the release of a new game on Club Penguin known as Aqua Grabber.

If you want to spot Rockhopper when he is visiting the island, adhere to some basic strategies. Search for him during very busy times like weekends when he is most likely to be there. Try to team up with friends to spot him. Spread out across several servers. Try using a a Rockhopper Tracker to find out which server he is currently on and then travel from room to room on that server. Be patient. Often a smart strategy is to select a popular server and simply hang out and wait for him there.

On February 16,2010, the largest toy fair in the  Western Hemisphere came to New York City!  The Engage Expo, brought together the leaders from the technology, toy, game and entertainment fields.  A keynote speaker at the expo was none other than Lane Merrifield, aka  “Billybob”.

There were more than 40 Exhibitors at the Toy Fair including Disney Interactive.  At the Disney Interactive meeting room, kids and adults got a chance to try out the virtual worlds of Club Penguin, Pirates of the Carribean, Fairies Pixie Hollow, ToonTown and the soon to be released game, World of Cars based on the move “Cars”.

At the expo, Club Penguin also unveiled the new DS game ”Herberts Revenge”.

Some other exciting news is how playing on Club Penguin and Disney Interactive’s other virtual worlds will change in the future…….what do iPod Touch’s, iPhone’s and iPad’s all have in common? The ability to interact with the device using a touch screen! Its not confirmed yet but Disney Interactive’s Virtual Worlds (including Club Penguin!) should be coming to those devices in the future! Here’s the interview with Billybob from the Toy Fair where he talks about the future of virtual worlds like Club Penguin.

Orange Puffles Are Now For Sale

Posted in club penguin cheats on février 28th, 2010 by dedesigner

Orange Puffles have finally arrived for adoption at the Pet Shop in Club Penguin. You need to be a subscriber to buy one and the cost to adopt is 800 coins. The orange puffle is a very zany and curious guy and he can get into all sorts of trouble.

Their favorite toys are boxes and wagons. The orange puffle uses a green wagon that turns into a rocket when you play with it in your igloo. When you give your orange puffle a bath, it will jump into the bath from a small diving board. The orange puffles are funny eaters. When you give then puffle o's, they try to chew the bowl first. And if you feed a cookie to them, they eat it in one bite and then lick up all the crumbs. Orange Puffles like to sleep very deeply after all this craziness and they drool on their pillows.

Secrets of Card-Jitsu

Posted in club penguin on janvier 28th, 2010 by dedesigner

Most Penguins already know about the really popular Card-Jitsu game on Club Penguin. You can play this game in the Dojo by walking over to where the Sensei sits. Card-Jitsu is how you can earn your black belt and join the ranks of the Club Penguin ninjas.

If you want to jump right into the game, go talk to Sensei and then click on him and choose to earn your belts. You will be placed into competition with another player and then you will begin a Card-Jitsu match. Depending on how crowded things are, it might take a few moments for another player to join the game.

The game plays a lot like rock-paper-scissors but with cards. The rules are very easy to understand. The cards have a symbol of either fire, water or snow and a number. In general, higher numbers beat lower numbers. Fire beats snow. Snow beats water. Water beats fire. You have a few seconds to play each card and then the cards from each player are revealed. The way you win a Card-Jitsu match breaks down to two options. Either you get 3 cards of the same type in different colors, or one of each type in different colors. When you win, you get points towards your next belt.

There are nine colors of belts in the game. The order of belts is white, yellow, orange, green, blue, red, purple, brown and black. You'll need to get about 90 wins in total to achieve the black belt level. As soon as you earn it, you can challenge the Sensei. As soon as you beat him, you earn a ninja mask and become one of the elite ninjas. The best part of this is that you are now allowed inside the secret ninja hideout, known as the flying flippers emporium. In here, you can choose to purchase rare ninja gear. It takes a few tries to beat Sensei so don't get discouraged if you have to play him five or six times before you can beat him.

If you purchase Club Penguin trading cards from the store or online, some of the cards will come with special unlock codes. When you use the unlock codes, you get special cards in your deck. These unlocked cards give you a slight advantage over the competition, so if you want to earn your black belt faster, you can purchase some cards at the store or online.

You'll have a lot of fun playing Card-Jitsu. It takes some patience to do all the things you need to complete to become a ninja, but with a little practice, you'll be winning Card-Jitsu a lot and advancing through the belt levels very quickly.
